What we collect

This site has no accounts, no forms and no advertising trackers. We collect personal data only when you choose to email us — your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and, where you have asked about the Vanguard Programme, to carry out the resulting correspondence. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or the steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as the commercial relationship is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to erase it sooner.

Who we share it with

Programme enquiries may be shared between CP Asia Group, Katrick Technologies Ltd and CP Asia (HK) for the purpose of responding to you. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and object to our processing it. Email info@aerogrid.org and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
